- There is a free car park adjacent to Chalk Parish Hall opposite
- The practice is on the 190 bus route between Gravesend and Chatham, with the nearest bus stop being Chalk Post Office
- For wheelchair access, we have a portable ramp we can provide, please ring the bell at the door or notify reception prior to your arrival.
