Cancellations

It is the aim of Bespoke Dental Care is to provide quality dental care to our patients on schedule and to use clinical time effectively. To achieve this aim we have an appointment cancellation policy.

Cancellation of an appointment:

Patients are requested to give at least 24 hours notice (1 working day) to cancel a dental appointment. Cancellations should be made by telephone on: 01474 355493. Please call as early in the day as possible so that your appointment can be offered to another patient.

There is a fee for private dental appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. The fee is based on the length of the appointment and the dentist’s discretion.

Patients who fail to attend for an appointment without cancellation will need to pay a fee before a further appointment can be booked.

We do provide courtesy text and/or email reminders 48 hours prior to appointments, however this is a courtesy service and should not be relied upon, it is the responsibility of the patient to remember their appointments.

Any appeals about missed or cancelled appointment decisions by a patient should be made in writing to the Practice Manager.
