We offer a warm welcome to all new patients at Bespoke Dental Care and appreciate that you have chosen us; we hope to accommodate you by providing appointment times to suit your busy lifestyle.
We think that a patient’s journey with us is very important so at your initial visit we would kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment time. This allows us to check and register all your details and for you to fill in a Medical History Questionnaire.
Some medical conditions or medication that you take may affect some aspects of your dental treatment so it is important that we have this information so that you can be treated safely. This time also allows for you to meet our treatment coordinator, a team member who you can sit within a quiet area with a cup of tea or coffee and have a chat with about your wants and needs so we can and get an idea of what we can offer you.
After seeing the treatment coordinator you will be taken in to see our dentist, who will verbally go over everything with you and then give you a full dental examination (including checking your teeth, gums, soft tissues, oral cancer screening, and bone levels) she may take pictures and x-rays of your teeth and then go over your treatment plan with you.
Once the dentist is finished, the treatment coordinator will meet with you and go over everything; this time gives you a chance to, ask anything you may not have thought of whilst with the dentist, go through payment options and to lay out a plan going forward with your treatment.
A new patient consultation fee is £75.00 and includes two x-rays, for your convenience, a medical history questionnaire can be downloaded here (MH Form) so that you can complete it prior to your visit, otherwise, one will be provided on your arrival.
Please make yourself aware of our practice cancellation policy available on this website under ‘Contact’. We will ask you to pay the new patient consultation fee to secure your booking. Payment can be made by cash or by card in person or over the telephone.
